One physician per IR rotation per day; AM and PM on the same rotation are allowed. Days count unique regular weekdays; half-days count regular weekday AM/PM sessions. Tallies exclude IR Call, weekends, holidays, and observed holidays. The planned-workload table reports weekend/holiday coverage separately. Original generation notes are retained; manual edits do not re-check calendar availability or preferences.
